Kincaid is a native Iowan and entrepreneur who draws on 20 years of top-level business leadership experience to bring working world insights to life for students. His experience includes senior corporate leadership roles as well as launching and leading entrepreneurial ventures. Kincaid has served as a vice president for media companies – both established large corporations and mid-sized private firms – in addition to launching and leading multiple entrepreneurial ventures. 

His management experience includes digital media, publishing, sales and marketing leadership, software creation, and creating companies in real estate and hospitality that leverage the sharing and experience economies. A University of Iowa graduate, Kincaid started his career in Des Moines, and later held leadership positions for corporations on the east coast and west coast. He served as vice president for a Bay Area startup before relocating to Southern California where he co-founded and served as president/CEO for a business-to-consumer professional services company. The company was acquired by a Fortune 500 firm in 2015.

Kincaid is a current business owner and active entrepreneur and his interests include innovation and entrepreneurial strategy, leadership, creating growth businesses, championing high-performing teams, and creating highly productive cultures based on inclusion and involvement.
