Program Assistant, Jacobson Institute for Youth Entrepreneurship

As the program assistant for the Jacobson Institute for Youth Entrepreneurship, Kelsi Ludvicek services all Jacobson Institute programs including: STEM Innovator, BizInnovator, Innovator Competitions, and summer CEO camps. Kelsi oversees program planning, directs the administrative and operational activities within the Jacobson Institute, and works on a national level to collaborate with students and teachers. Her efforts have focused on office management, onboarding, process improvement, professional development support, student tracking, and budgeting. Prior to joining the Jacobson Institute team, Kelsi was an advocate for the Iowa JPEC program, serving as an Iowa JPEC Ambassador, charter member of Sigma Nu Tau, Iowa JPEC Intern, and OEI member. Kelsi joined the team with over five years of marketing and events experience from her time with Transamerica and Iowa JPEC. She completed a BA in Health and Human Physiology from the University of Iowa and is currently pursuing her MBA with an emphasis on leadership here at Iowa.
