Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management
This information is for students currently participating in the undergraduate entrepreneurship program and who have applied to the certificate program.
Required Courses for the Certificate in Entrepreneurship:
- 06T:120 Entrepreneurship and New Business Formation (06T:113 Basics of Small Business Accounting, 06A:001, 06A:020, or an approved college-level accounting course is a pre/co-requisite for 06T:120)
- 06T:133 Capital Acquisition and Cash Flow Management (06T:120 is a prerequisite for 06T:133)
- 06T:134 Entrepreneurial Marketing (06T:120 is a prerequisite and 06T:116 Basics of Small Business Marketing, 06M:100, or an approved college-level course is a pre/co-requisite 06T:134)
- 06T:150 Managing the Growth Business (06T:120, 06T:133, and 06T:134 are prerequisites for 06T:150)
Elective Courses for the Certificate in Entrepreneurship:
Students must also complete two of the following courses (06T:120 and either 06T:133 or 06T:134 are prerequisites for each of the following 06T courses unless otherwise noted).

- 06T:145 Legal Aspects of Entrepreneurship
- 06T:146 Strategic Management of Technology and Innovation
- 06T:190 Seminar in Entrepreneurship
- 06T:192 Entrepreneurship: Business Consulting (06T:120, 06T:133, and 06T:134 are prerequisites for 06T:192, or with consent of the instructor)
- 06T:194 Entrepreneurship: Advanced Business Planning (06T:120, 06T:133, and 06T:134 are prerequisites for 06T:194, or with consent of the instructor)
- 06T:199 Academic Internship
- 06J:101 Directed Readings in Management and Organizations
- 06J:156 Dynamics of Negotiation
