Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management
Beginning fall 2008, the requirements to earn the Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management will change slightly. Students who are currently enrolled in entrepreneurship courses or have previously completed entrepreneurship courses and have applied to the certificate program before August 1, 2008, will be required to complete the previous program requirements. Undergraduate Certificate Program Requirements (Starting Fall 2008)
Students may enter the program as sophomores. To earn the Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management, students take 18 semester hours of course work, which must include:
- 3 s.h.- 06T:120 Entrepreneurship and Innovation (formerly Entrepreneurship and New Business Formation)*
- 3 s.h.- 06T:133 Entrepreneurial Finance (formerly Capital Acquisition and Cash Flow Management)
- 3 s.h.- 06T:134 Entrepreneurial Marketing
- 3 s.h.- 06T:150 Managing the Growth Business
- 6 s.h.- Electives (see below)
Beginning spring 2009, the corequisite for 06T:120 will be 06T:050 or 06A:001 and 06M:100.

Students may apply up to 6 semester hours of transfer credit toward the Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management with approval of the entrepreneurship program executive director.
