Iowa Secondary Teacher Training
JPEC partners with organizations to offer secondary teachers entrepreneurship training.
Training Overview
JPEC will provide a two-day face-to-face entrepreneurship training for Iowa high school teachers, along with interested middle school and community college educators.
Teachers will learn strategies and methods for incorporating entrepreneurship education across disciplines. Training includes overview of entrepreneurship, opportunity recognition, innovation and creativity, entrepreneurial finance, and business planning.
Participants Receive
Access to Online Entrepreneurship Curriculum including:
- Lesson plans
- PowerPoint presentations
- Web-based activities
- Business plan template
