Get Help from UI Students

During the fall and spring semesters, interdisciplinary student teams are formed to complete advanced business projects for aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage companies in Iowa. These projects typically include market assessments of new technology products or services, strategic planning, financial forecasting, and business planning. This initiate provides a valuable educational opportunity to UI entrepreneurship students while offering area companies quality business consulting services.

The Team from the Entrepreneurial Consulting Class at The Tippie College of Business did a fantastic job researching competitors and doing market analysis for our new EcoManged Energy Management product. They were tasked with doing a market by market research project to determine electrical rates, hotel density, and competitive analysis of each market. The team also put together a very comprehensive ROI tool to help determine cash flow and ROI for the prospective customers. I would recommend this program to any business that needs a marketing study or any other consulting project completed.
